Most orders are shipped with UPS Standard service unless a different shipping method is requested.  Canadian bound shipments are determined by postal code from our location and charged accordingly.  US shipments to most metropolitan areas cost $25 per shipment which covers the shipping costs as well as the customs and duty costs incurred by cross border shipping.

We will gladly ship using a customer provided account at no charge.

For warranty items, if a product goes defective within the first 30 days of invoicing, we will cover ground shipping to return the item back to you.  After 30 days, the purchaser is responsible for shipping both ways.

All of our products, with the exception of the consumable items, come with a one-year limited warranty.  We stand behind all of the products we sell and if there is an issue with any product, please notify us immediately so we can work to find a resolution.
